Irish Dance Boot Camp launches across Dublin and Meath
Irish Dance Boot Camp is the latest fitness craze to launch on our shores, offering a fun and energetic workout for those who struggle with the daily mundane of the gym. Founded by professional dancer, Mary Hennessey, who has toured the world with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, Irish Dance Boot Camp offers classes in Dublin at the Central Hotel on Exchequer Street and in Navan, Co. Meath at the Newgrange Hotel.
Incorporating basic Irish dance moves combined with cardio and strengthening, the workout is designed to burn calories and tone up. A music lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, Mark created a modern and upbeat playlist with a traditional twist that is sure to get your feet tapping and body bouncing within seconds upon your arrival to the class.
